2. Buying and Selling a property is quite possibly the biggest and most emotional transaction you’ll be making. It’s important to have an objective and concerned 3rd party to guide you through the process. We’re here every step of the way to keep you focused on the issues that are important to you. And believe me, REALTORS do not take this responsibility lightly. We will craft a strong purchase agreement for you, we’ll negotiate for you, and we’ll keep the transaction on course through the close of escrow.
3. REALTORS have loads of expertise. The internet has been great for Real Estate but there’s nothing that compares to the connections that the REALTOR has within their community.
